Welcome to District V Parishes included Lincoln, Jackson, Union, Ouachita, Caldwell, Catahoula,
Concordia, Tensas, Madison, Richland, Morehouse, West Carroll, East Carroll,
and Franklin. On March 31, 2007, District V had 18 clubs with 712 members
and 4 youth clubs sponsored. |

Forever Loved and Eternally Missed Jean Gilstrap's son, Greg, was killed in a car accident in Florida on Friday, August 24. He
was with his wife, his two year old son, and his daughter who was born
on the 8th of this month. The others were not seriously injured. |
