registration forms and promotion of upcoming activities are but a few
of the items included in the newsletter.
It is recommended that members who do not have e-mail access have your
club print a copy for you.

Submission Deadlines
In an effort to get the newsletter out in a timely fashion, we need to
adhere to these deadlines for submissions:
- January / Winter Issue : deadline
is December 1
- April / Spring Issue : deadline is
March 1
- July / Summer Issue : deadline is
June 1
- October / Fall Issue : deadline is
September 1
