Winter Council Meetings - January 26 - 27

If you plan to spend the night you will stay at the Louisiana Conference Center south of Alexandria instead of the Hotel in Alex.

We will have the Finance Committee Meeting at Headquarters on Monday, January 26, 2004, at 3:00 PM. Headquarters & Endowment Trustees will meet at 4 PM.

The District Directors will meet at 6:00 PM at the Louisiana Conference Center in Woodworth on January 26th.

It is only necessary to attend Winter Boards if you are an LGCF Officer, or if you receive a call (in the form of a letter) from the LGCF President, Margo Racca.

The basic overnight plan including breakfast and lunch is $74 + Tax per person for a single, $59 + tax per person for a double and $54+ tax per person for a triple or more.

If someone is just coming up for the day and wishes to eat the great buffet lunch, the cost is $14+ tax with reservations made in advance for a headcount. The final count must be in 72 hours before the event.
