Please read the tips in the note below Please read the Rules and Tips very carefully. This past year, we missed out on winning a national poster award because we failed to be observant of small details in the posters. Some past oversights have been: Smokey is spelled with an "e." Woodsy is spelled without an "e." The dress, color and appearance for Smokey and Woodsy should approximate those in the informational hand-outs since they are the recognized representatives of the National Forest Service. The poster size remains 11 x 17 inches. The student information should be completely filled out and firmly attached to the back of the folder. The deadline of January 20, 2012 has been set for the
Poster entries to be received by your State Poster Chairman. |
