of the class that made the upper three quarters possible.Humorist He has been Clerk of Court for over 35 years and has been re-elected nine times, much to his and other's astonishment. Clyde Ray said he got into politics because it was inside work and the Courthouse was air-conditioned. Clyde Ray Webber has been making people laugh for years.
