100% NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS
A certificate will be awarded to each club whose entire membership subscribes
to the LGCF Newsletter. No application is required , but a copy of the
club yearbook roster pages (with mailing addresses), along with a check
and notation of complimentary- subscriptions and/or LGCF Life Members,
to the Newsletter Editor, at the time of subscribing or renewing subscriptions.

The newsletter is PASSWORD PROTECTED, and is the same password used to access the LGCF Directory. If you need the password, contact your Club President or District Director.
The LGCF NEWSLETTER is provided in PDF format for your convenience. To view these PDFs you must have Adobe Reader. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader you can download the latest version for FREE by selecting the link below.

LGCF Newsletter Deadlines
In an effort to get the newsletter out in a timely fashion, we need to
adhere to these deadlines for submissions:

January Issue : deadline is November 30
-
April Issue : deadline is February 28
-
July Issue : deadline is May 31
-
October Issue : deadline is August 31
The preferred method of article submission is by email. You may attach
documents and pictures to your email. The best picture format is .jpg or
.jpeg since they are smaller in storage size, but other formats are acceptable.
You may still mail pictures and articles, but they will not be returned
unless a self addressed stamped envelope is provided.

NOTE TO CLUB TREASURERS:
When sending in Newsletter Subscription, include the correct address with
the "plus4" Zip Code.
When subscribing for entire club membership, consider attaching a photo
copy of yearbook roster, indicating Club President and LGCF Life Members
so they can each receive a complimentary copy.

The DIRECTORY ISSUE is published every odd number of years in July. This
issue contains a list of all LGCF officers, chairmen, and list of awards
and rules. You should keep that issue handy for reference for the next
2 years.
If your name, address, phone, or e-mail is incorrect in the Directory Issue,
please send corrections to Pam Langley.
NOTICE: It is important for the Editor to know if you have moved, if someone who was in your club is now deceased, or if anyone's newsletter is undeliverable for any reason. Don't wait for your club treasurer to notify them, please do it yourself.
