NEW PROCEDURES FOR
NGC FLOWER SHOW ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS can be found on the Awards "Forms" page

• If a club is applying for an award, they must put the entire club size info on the label as well as on the front page and on the award application itself. An example is the Website Award. It should read: Award # 63.D.iii. All of this must be listed, not just Award #63. The award will be disqualified if all of the info is not there. See page 32 and 34 in the National Gardener for the clarification and be sure that everything follows the guidelines. Gay and her committee are only compiling the award applications. They then forward them to the actual judges.
• If a club is applying for an LGCF, Inc. award as well as a NGC, Inc. award, they need to either make a duplicate award booklet or send a separate label, cover page and the two application sheets to Georgie Petitjean, who will send it on to Kathy with the award booklet. This is very important!!!!
• Kathy Bedenbaugh's committee will meet on or about Jan. 3rd to review and select the winners by category to be sent to Gay Austin, the NGC, Inc. Awards Chairman. Only 1st place applications will be sent to Gay.
