If you absolutely must debate an issue --- what do you do?
You must vacate the chair and go into the audience like any other member.
The First Vice-President will preside unless she has already spoken, if
so, go down the line of Vice-Presidents and if all have expressed an opinion,
hold an election for a Chairman pro-tem.
So far today, God, I've done all right. I haven't gossiped; I haven't lost
my temper. Haven't been grumpy, nasty or selfish. I'm really glad of that.
But in a few minutes, God, I'm going to get out of bed; and from now on,
I'm probably going to need a lot of help.
