Dr.
Albert Habeeb, a veteran of the U. S. Army Medical Corps,
addresses the Louisiana Garden Club Federation Inc.
District II at the Foundation Room in Lafreniere Park
Sept. 11 during the dedication ceremony for the Blue
Blue Star Memorial By-Way Marker. The talk was followed
by a procession into the Partarre Memorial Gardens section
of the park, where a wreath was placed.
