Federated Council of New Orleans Garden Clubs held their Founder's Day Tea on
December 5, 2003 in the beautiful Conservatory of the Two Sisters in the Botanical
Gardens at City Park. Pictured are Jo Ann Holcomb, President of FCNOGC and Mary
Ellen Miller and Joy Palazola, co-chairmen of the Tea in front of the lovely poinsettia
tree in the Conservatory. Other members of FCNOGC are enjoying the beautiful setting
